What is not settled
The 1967 wave is the one period where S4(Air) demonstrably conducted in-depth field enquiries. But the standing explanation for the Devon pursuit is the planet Venus low in the sky, which accounts for an object that paces a moving car and cannot be overtaken. Officer names and the exact date come from press, not from an opened file.
